What's the role?

In this role you will support the Head of Corporate Research in all administrative and secretarial tasks.

What does the role involve?

You will act as the real champion in organizing administrative tasks and executing all secretarial duties in cooperation with the department head. This includes making travel arrangements, organizing meeting details and agendas, booking appointments and managing calendars. You will also assist with reports, transcribing notes, preparing presentations. Maintaining polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail and anticipating the needs of others in order to ensure a seamless and positive experience for the whole team.

What you need is:

  • Education equivalent to Business and Administration apprenticeship (Kaufmännische Ausbildung) and more than 5 years experience in comparable assistant roles
  • Excellent organizational skills and team-orientation
  • Ability to multitask and feel comfortable in a fast- paced international environment
  • Consistent reliability, accuracy and absolute confidentiality
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office, Business-fluent in English, German language skills a clear benefit
