What's the role?

In this role you are responsible for building and developing an EU repair service network optimization strategy. You will manage strategic projects or initiatives which benefits the repair operation business (e.g. planning of new repair center).
You will develop compelling business cases for projects based on robust analytics and monitor internal and external industry trends. You will identify opportunities to improve processes affecting the repair service operation and establish a strong collaboration with other stakeholders.

What does the role involve?

Building and developing a repair service network optimization/transformation strategy based on knowledge of logistics service provider (carriers, etc.). Benchmarking to best practices and industry trends. Working close with various stakeholders to get an understanding of the different business needs. Supporting business continuity and risk mitigation plans. Transparent communication with partners and customers .

Our repair service operation is special because we own the whole customer end to end process, something that’s almost unique for a company of our size.

What you need is:

  • You hold a technical or economical master degree
  • You bring superior analytical, quantitative and hands-on problem-solving skills with the ability to work on your own and coordinate with multiple internal and external partners
  • You have a solid operational industry expertise and/or logistic network background
  • You bring effective communications skills, particularly the ability to communicate functional expertise within cross-functional teams
  • Managing assigned projects effectively, including ability to assess & manage priorities, is something you are looking for
  • You have an understanding/experience of lean method tools
  • You are fluent in English, other languages are a clear benefit
