Our customers don’t use single products to solve their applications but a combination of hardware, software and services. As Application Marketing Expert you are application owner and responsible for the Strategy, Offering, Roadmap and Communication of your application.

What does the role involve?

You are the Business & Strategic Owner of your applications accordingly you Build a deep application understanding: market potential, decision making process along the construction value chain, key persona’s and their needs, competitor offering, etc
As Project leader for new & regular review of your application leadership strategy you work with X-BU and market stakeholders. Jointly you develop strategy, offering, value proposition and roadmap for your application. You work within and X-BU to ensure delivery of the roadmap for your application.
You work as business developer for your application working closely with the markets to create marketing strategy and content as well as a comprehensive competence build-up for our sales and engineering teams.

What you need is:

  • Master in engineering (ideally civil or mechanical engineering) and/or business (ideally with a focus on marketing or strategic business, MBA is a plus)
  • At least 3 years of sales/marketing/engineering in which you worked extensively with modular support systems (Installation systems)
  • A solid understanding of how the MEP business works and how (modular) installation systems are used by various segments and trades
  • Confident presenting in front of larger audience
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus, other languages are beneficial
  • Builds and maintains networks internally and with external stakeholders
  • Communicates regularly and effectively with colleagues, thinks about audience and adapts style accordingly
