What's the role?

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business partner with a focus and interest in controlling and performance management for our After Market Services.
We expect you to be a curious, pro-active team worker that is service oriented and likes to work together with different stakeholders (e.g. process experts, finance, engineering, logistics). You have proven track of relevant first working experience and are willing to develop further into reporting, controlling and Business Partnering.
After Market Service as a key part of our unique service offering to the customer while managing the end-to-end process of tool repairs and it is seen as a valuable contributor to customer engagement.

What does the role involve?

As Business partner Controlling AMS, you'll be part of a global team, create business specific transparency of financial results and operational performance, like Service Levels.
You execute on time and develop further all required reporting activities (maintain standard reporting, implement globally harmonized reporting, enhance automation and ad-hoc reporting).
As a key responsibility you prepare, run and coordinate the rolling forecast / budgeting process.
Furthermore you contribute towards performance management and lead smaller projects for reporting.
As a Business partner you are seen as a guide for all financial and controlling related topics in AMS.

What you need is:

  • University degree in controlling, business or finance
  • 3-5 years relevant working experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in verbal and written english
  • Passion to learn, a habit of challenging status-quo and results-oriented
  • Self-organized and strong analytical skills
