We are looking for a driving force to join our Customer & Market Insights team which has the mission to give our customers a voice and to bring in the outside-in perspective. The team follows the motto: From facts to insights to impact. The customer & market insights team is part of the Hilti Corporate Development team.

What does the role involve?

As a business partner within the Customer & Market Insights team you act as an ambassador of the customer to inspire strategic decisions. By developing solid research plans, selecting the appropriate techniques and partners, translating research findings into business recommendations, and converting clear facts into strategic insights you will ultimately guide the customer experience in our markets.

As a change agent you will advocate the use of best in class methods within our field to increase our competitive advantage. With a customer-oriented mind-set and can-do attitude, you play a vital role in driving customer centricity at Hilti.

What you need is:

  • You have 5-7 years proven experience in the market research area (on agency side or in-house) and with a variety of qualitative and quantitative market research solutions, tools and methods; experience in the B2B sector is an asset
  • You hold an MBA/Master's degree in business, marketing, market research or related fields
  • Your working style is proactive and solution-oriented, and you stand out with analytical and organizational skills
  • You have strong interpersonal capabilities to successfully perform in a global matrix environment and to manage stakeholders
  • You are a strong communicator who inspires discussions and promotes the team’s vision with fluency in English
