What's the role?

You are responsible for part of our product portfolio to make sure we can place it globally on the market. Therefore you create the right safety documentation to support our product roll out.

What does the role involve?

Ensuring products’ regulatory compliance with relevant regulations worldwide. Independently managing Chemical Regulatory Compliance (CRC) country projects (REACH like projects). Creation and maintenance of applicable documents like SDS, labels and product declarations.

Monitoring & impact assessment of applicable regulatory changes worldwide relevant to Fire Protection products (chemicals hazard classification, restrictions, new regulatory frameworks).

Management of Chemical Regulatory Compliance projects incl. defining obligations and requirements for Fire Protection products, project planning (resources, cost) coordinating internal & external interfaces.

What you need is:

  • Master studies in chemistry or natural sciences (biology, biotechnology, material science, toxicology or similar), or chemical education with long-term experience in Chemical Regulatory Compliance (5y+)
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in regulatory compliance in R&D field
  • Qualification of Safety Data Sheets Creation
  • Experience in managing global Chemical Regulatory Compliance projects
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills and high goal-oriented working methods
  • Proven knowledge in managing REACH-like country projects
  • Very good English and good German language skills are an advantage
  • Teamwork, communication and presenting skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally
