What's the role?

You will join the Martin Hilti Family Trust team and develop, coordinate and execute all communication activities for the Trust itself and its charitable foundations (Hilti Foundation, Hilti Art Foundation, Hilti Family Foundation Liechtenstein). You will also partner with different external creative suppliers to develop and successfully implement the communication strategy for each brand.

Our Brands:
Martin Hilti Family Trust: Sole Shareholder of the Hilti AG, founded with the purpose of securing the success of the Hilti AG long term.
Hilti Family Foundation Liechtenstein: supports philanthropic projects in and around Liechtenstein in the fields of education, regional development and environment.
Hilti Foundation: supports philanthropic projects globally, focusing on affordable housing and new technologies, social change through music, economic empowerment, underwater archaeology with Franck Goddio and direct disaster relief. (find out more:

What does the role involve?

You will plan and implement the communication strategy for each of our brands. Additionally, you will coordinate all our communication activities and will be in regular exchange with the different stakeholders from the Trust- and our Foundation-Teams. You will work together with external agencies on visual designs for various campaigns and our print media. You will represent the Foundations towards outside stakeholders and the Hilti Group globally.

What you need is:

  • University degree in marketing / marketing communications or equivalent qualification
  • Extensive experience in project management and excellent conceptual skills
  • Background in marketing, public relations, event management or communications
  • Creative, out of the box mindset and the ability to cater to our different target groups
  • Loving to work in a fast thinking team but also able to stay motivated when working alone
  • Fluent in German and English, any other language a clear benefit
