What's the role?
Change the way construction is done! In this role you will innovate the way we deliver productivity to the construction industry by thinking up entirely new digital solutions for our customers.
Your main responsibility is in developing and managing the digital strategy of one of our biggest business units (construction fasteners) as well as developing and implementing the related marketing activities together with Global Product managers across the BU. This position has a high level of visibility and interaction across BU’s Marketing department as well as across the entire organization.

What does the role involve?
You will develop the digital strategy for an entire Business Unit. To do that, you will perform market analysis, analyse digital trends, research competition and identify new digital opportunities.
Together with the Global Product Manager community and the markets you will also develop business plans for digital initiatives, to secure and expand existing digital business as well as new online business opportunities.
You will take the lead to further develop existing digital products and support the markets with marketing content and ensure successful roll outs.
Being an expert in your field, you will develop and implement Digital Marketing Campaign Plans (Search Engine marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing) for new solutions and offerings.
As the key contact point for our Hilti website team in the BU, you will ensure that our Hilti website is best in class in terms of the quality of the information and you will also ensure a good visibility of this information in the Search Engines (SEO).

What you need is:
- Master degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil Engineering) or Business.
- A minimum of two years in Product or Project Management.
- Expertise in identifying business opportunities, developing sound marketing strategies and managing product portfolios successfully over their lifecycles.
- Technical background in construction industry is considered a plus.
- Fluent English skills are mandatory.
