What's the role?

You will be part of the dynamic Digital team within Energy & Industry business and will be responsible for defining detailed requirements to integrate Hilti solutions (hardware/software/services) within customer workflow. Your primary focus would be to link 3d design outputs to procurement and construction, often referred as Advanced Work Packaging (AWP).

What does the role involve?

In this role, you are expected to lead the end-to-end projects on assigned topics related to Advanced Work Packaging (AWP). This involves identifying the problem, planning and coordination, partnering with both internal departments and customers to translate complex business requirements into effective solutions, collaborating with development units to bring solutions to life and owning the roll-out plan for delivering to the different markets. You will also have to anticipate risks and challenges with different departments (like Global Logistics, Global IT etc.) and systems and propose solutions to mitigate them.

What you need is:

  • Engineering degree (industrial, mechanical, civil engineering); MBA preferred
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales/marketing roles with B2B company driving high impact and visibility projects. Experience in strategic, analytical or conceptual roles.
  • Experience with or within EPC, Engineering Consultant, Contractors and work on Energy projects preferred.
  • Ability to work well in an interdisciplinary, multi-cultural environment and matrix organization with multiple priorities
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on different levels
