What's the role?

You will be part of the dynamic Digital team within Energy & Industry business and will be responsible for defining detailed requirements to integrate Hilti solutions (hardware/software/services) within customer workflow. Your primary focus would be to link digital and physical worlds together and create digital twins, hereby referred to as Digital-Physical Bridge (DPB).

What does the role involve?

In this role, you are expected to lead the end-to-end projects on assigned topics related to Digital-physical Bridge (DPB). One of the key assignments will be to define detailed requirements in partnership with E&I selected focus accounts to conduct 3d scanning of the real-life asset and update the physical model to create a digital twin. This involves partnering with both internal departments and customers to translate complex business requirements into effective solutions, collaborating with development units to bring solutions to life and owning the roll-out plan for delivering to the different markets.

What you need is:

  • Engineering degree (industrial, mechanical, civil engineering); MBA preferred
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales/marketing roles with B2B company driving high impact and visibility projects. Experience in strategic, analytical or conceptual roles.
  • Strong interest in digital, IT & software solutions
  • Ability to work well in an interdisciplinary, multi-cultural environment and matrix organization with multiple priorities
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on different levels
