Global Process Manager Planning
What's the role?
You will drive the operational performance improvement in Hilti by providing better planning and S&OP capabilities worldwide. You will lead the design and implementation of the future planning processes, follow up on latest technologies’ trends, coach and support our regional and market organisations in their planning excellence journey.

What does the role involve?
Within this role you will be a key driver in the definition and implementation of Global Material’s Management roadmaps, specifically within the Demand Planning and planning system’s areas.
As main SPOC for our markets and business units you will be involved in coaching and supporting organizations in Planning processes and system’s usage while implementing impactful initiatives.
You will report on the progress of KPIs, suggest and support local improvement actions, lead workshops with internal and, occasionally, external stakeholders (E.g. consultants, software providers… ).
You will partner with the IT organization in system’s strategic and operational enhancement activities.

What you need is:
- Master degree in economics, supply chain management or engineering.
- 5+ years’ experience in Demand Planning, S&OP and/or other related Integrated Planning fields. Previous involvement in a Global or Regional role is preferred.
- Experience with large/complex change management projects definition and implementation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong IT affinity and ability to understand the SCM systems’ landscape.. (SAP APO, JDA).
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is considered a plus.
