Global Process Manager S&OP / SC Planning (m/f/x)
What's the role?
Working in Hilti’s Global Logistics organization, you will contribute to our value creation and operational performance through the continuous improvement our S&OP process. You will lead the design and implementation of the future planning processes and capabilities, follow up on latest technologies’ trends, coach and support our regional/market and BU organizations in their planning excellence journey.

What does the role involve?
Within this role you will be a key driver in the definition and implementation of Global Material’s Management roadmaps, specifically within the S&OP processes and system’s areas. As main SPOC for our markets and business units you will be involved in coaching and supporting organizations in Planning processes and system’s usage while implementing impactful initiatives. You will report on the progress of KPIs, suggest and support local improvement actions, lead workshops with internal and, occasionally, external stakeholders (e.g. consultants, software providers…). You will be a strong partner with the IT organization in system’s strategic and operational enhancement activities.

Our integrated worldwide supply chain offers the opportunity to understand the entire end-to-end logistics operation, serving both our global market organizations and last mile operations to our direct customers at their construction sites.
Our Global Logistics center is located in Nendeln Liechtenstein with our state-of-the art fully automated warehouse, in the beautiful and mountainous Rhine Valley. It is in close vicinity to a direct train stop for easy commuting to the Swiss and Austrian borders. Additionally, Hilti e-bikes are readily available for you to use free of charge!

What you need is:
- Master’s degree in economics, Supply Chain management or Engineering
- 5+ years’ experience in Demand/Supply Planning, S&OP and/or other related Integrated Planning fields. Previous involvement in a Global or Regional role is preferred
- Experience with large/complex change management projects definition and implementation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to successfully perform in a global matrix environment, a proactive working style and a “getting things done” approach
- Strong IT affinity and ability to understand the SCM systems’ landscape. (SAP APO, JDA …)
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is considered a plus
- You are fluent in English, additional European languages are an asset
