Global Product Manager
What's the role?
As a Global Product Manager, you will play a key part in our dynamic, international team as you define and manage your product portfolio for the global market according to Hilti’s strategy and priorities. To accomplish this, you will interact daily with development, supply, quality management, logistics, as well as our markets around the world to bring our differentiated products and services to life for our customers.

What does the role involve?
In this role you will have global impact in driving a product portfolio to achieve product market leadership. You are considered the business owner of your portfolio. You will evaluate the market to identify market potential always having the customers’ needs in mind. You will work closely with local marketing organizations to define business opportunities and prioritize according to the global strategy. Also, you will monitor and evaluate competition within your portfolio. You will be instrumental in defining the product roadmap within your portfolio and the necessary develop business cases to support product development projects. You are the voice of and the voice to our market organization for the Business Unit and therewith ensure we achieve the Business Unit goals.

What you need is:
- At least 5 years of professional marketing or sales experience in a B2B environment
- Technical degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) with business know-how (MBA is a plus)
- Hands-on personality, ability to inspire and motivate others
- You are a team player who is ready and willing to work in a matrix organization
- You have outstanding analytical skills linked with conceptual thinking capabilities.

- Regular international business travel is required based on project timeline and targets
- International mobility is preferred
- You are fluent in English (verbally and written) with excellent communication skills. Additional languages are a plus.
