Global Product Manager - Total Stations
What's the role?
In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving total station business for Hilti. The role needs a strong balance of understanding of customer needs, technical depth in the total station business and ability to drive business development with markets. Located at the headquarters in Liechtenstein in a diverse and international team set-up, you are going to have frequent interactions with lead customers and a close collaboration with our sales counterparts.

What does the role involve?
The product manager role has 3 key aspects 1) manage a defined product portfolio to achieve product and market leadership 2) Understand customer needs and consequently specify, develop and introduce new products into the markets 3) Support the business developers in the sales organizations to build up competence on total station product portfolio.

What you need is:
- Experience in construction industry and/or surveying with total stations
- Demonstrated ability to market and drive business development for technical products like total stations
- Technical degree (+3 years) with additional business education is a plus
- Fluent in English (verbal and written), additional languages are beneficial
- Team player with ability to interact and communicate across different hierarchy levels and cultures
