Global Project Manager: Anchor Pull- Out Testing BU Construction Services
What's the role?
As the Global Project Manager/ Global Servicer Owner of Anchor pull- out testing you will be responsible for the further strategic service development and the global service execution excellence. Together with the market organizations you will make Hilti the preferred partner for engineers to determine anchor resistance in unknown or uncertain base materials as well as for contractors to validate and document the installed quality.

What does the role involve?
In our newly established business unit Construction Services, we focus on the customer needs along the value chain to deliver a differentiated and customer-oriented service offering. As a Global Service Owner - typically with a civil engineering background - you closely work together with multiple functions in the organization as well as with our customers to develop, introduce and maintain highly differentiated services related to anchor pull-out testing. You will indirectly lead a team within the BU and manage projects in a cross-functional setup to enlarge our service offering or to raise the efficiency and effectiveness of existing services always with focus to drive customer engagement.

What you need is:
- Graduation in civil or mechanical engineering with at least 3 years of working experience
- Solid knowledge and experience in project management and engineering, service or product management is beneficial
- High energy level, eager to learn and able to work in a structured and self-reliant way
- Strong team collaboration and ability to work within a matrix organization
- Fluency in English with willingness to travel
