What's the role?

As a Global Service Owner of BIM related Workflow Integrated Services (WINS) you strategically drive services to become Hilti the preferred choice for our customers when it comes to Building Integration Modelling from the planning phase to the construction and maintenance of a building. This happens in close collaboration with our internationally operating competence centers and the markets.

What does the role involve?

In our newly established business unit Construction Services, we focus on the customer needs along the value chain to deliver a differentiated and customer-oriented service offering. As a Global Service Owner responsible for BIM you closely work together with multiple functions in the organization as well as with our customers to develop, introduce and maintain highly differentiated services related to BIM. You will manage projects with a cross-functional team to enlarge our service offering or to raise the efficiency and effectiveness of existing services always with focus on service quality and service customer satisfaction. An additional key aspect is to develop and execute a service performer competence concept in the market.

What you need is:

  • Graduation in civil or mechanical engineering with at least 5 years of working experience in a global company
  • Solid knowledge in areas of product or service management, engineering and project management
  • High energy level, eager to learn and able to work in a structured and self-reliant way
  • Strong team collaboration and ability to work within a matrix organization
  • Fluency in English with willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
