What's the role?
Within the mandate of BU Construction Services to develop a differentiated and relevant offering that increases productivity, competence and safety along the construction value chain, a seamless digital infrastructure plays a vital role to have a substantial impact on customer engagement to make Hilti products the preferred choice.
As part of our new Business Unit Construction Services and member of the management team, you and your team will be responsible to establish a state of the art digital infrastructure that ensures a consistent and excellent customer experience along the entire value chain and allows productivity for both our customers as well as Hilti.

What does the role involve?
This role involves crafting the strategic direction and driving implementation towards a seamless Software and IT infrastructure for Construction Services. You will assess existing service processes and identify relevant optimization potential along our offering of engineering & testing services, pre-fabrication and customer trainings. Together with global and local stakeholders you will define and align business opportunities and derive detailed requirements. While assessing and selecting the ideal solution available on the market or striving to build own capabilities you drive standardization of service processes and aim for a comprehensive and holistic Software and IT ecosystem with full front-end and back-end integration.
As a partner for our markets you support implementation and constantly monitor utilization and business impact.

What you need is:
- 5-10 years relevant experience in B2B business, ideally related to value-added services
- Track record of successfully managing IT related projects with cross-functional, cross-cultural teams
- Strong business acumen, conceptual thinking and customer orientation
- Experience in change management and can-do-attitude
- Strong team collaboration capability and ability to work within a matrix organization
- Willingness to travel internationally for business and international mobility in the long term is preferable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills on top-management level, therefore English is a must
