Intern - Advanced Mechatronics Technology Communication Specialist
What's the role?
We are looking for an enthusiastic Technology Communications Specialist to manage our interdepartmental communications. You will promote a positive public image and control the dissemination of information on our group's behalf. An interest in innovation and technology is a must.
Start date is flexible to the student's availability, duration for at least 6 months

What does the role involve?
As intern in our department you’ll be part of advanced mechatronic research making tools intelligent. You’ll work closely with our experts to develop smart sensor and artificial intelligence applications in power tools.
Your key responsibilities will be to develop effective corporate communication strategies (clear, consistent and timely communication), manage internal communications (mapping communication structure, building and maintaining network) and draft content (designing presentations for clarity, effectiveness and consistency). You will also be required to translate technical content into simple to understand formats, organize initiatives, plan events and support relationships with advocates and key persons. In addition, you will assist in preparation of materials to effectively communicate strategies to senior leadership.

What you need is:
- Experience as communications specialist and presentation design and content production is required
- Basis understanding of project management principles is a plus
- A proactive approach and self-reliant personality
- Strong communication skills, with excellent English and interpersonal skills
