Intern - After Market Service Training Concept
What's the role?
Today we are using different media to communicate repair instructions and training documentation to technicians in repair centers (documents with or without images, animations, video, etc.). To increase efficiency by standardization and to meet requirements of technicians in repair centers as well as to explore on future technical support options, we want to analyze today’s situation and define the best way forward.
Start date is flexible to the student's availability, duration for 3-6 months

What does the role involve?
As intern in our department you will be part of the global responsibility to ensure serviceability of Hilti tools.
Your key responsibilities will be to understand the situation today with repair training documentation as well as repair instructions and to define the concept for the future. One key element will be to understand the needs of our technicians in repair centers worldwide as basis to improve the situation. In addition, different media including new supporting technologies like augmented or virtual reality can be explored.
