Intern - Digitization of Trainings for Customers
What's the role?
The intern will be part of a small team to develop, review and test the first digital Hilti Health & Safety trainings for customers. The role includes development and transfer of content for E-learning courses, interaction with external stakeholders and integration of contents/modules into different digital platforms. Furthermore, the intern will work on analyzing national insurance systems in various countries to get a basic understanding of potential financial incentives for customers to invest in health & safety prevention measures such as trainings.
Start date is flexible to the student's availability, duration for at least 6 months.

What does the role involve?
As intern in our department you’ll be part of a small team that develops the first digital training solution for customers setting a new standard in the construction industry. You’ll work closely with our experts to develop an innovative solution to bring digitization of trainings on construction sites.
Your key responsibilities will be to support the development of training content that can be used for various digital solutions. This includes also gamification of contents, reviewing of existing content and the testing of new concepts. Furthermore, you will be involved in an analytical project to get deeper insights into the mechanics of insurance systems in various European countries and North America.

What you need is:
- Master or Bachelor student in business or technical related fields
- Strong communication skills – written and verbally, ability to transpose “analog” contents into various digital formats
- Experience with digital learning formats welcome
- Excellent English is a must, German beneficial
- Strong analytical skills beneficial
