What's the role?

Help us to bring Hilti’s reputation as an employer of choicer to the next level by globalizing and simplifying our application process to the Great Place awards.

Starting date January or before, duration for 3-6 months.

What does the role involve?

Reporting to the Global Head of Employer Branding, you will help us to gain efficiency bringing the applications to the Great Place to Work awards from multiple local activities to a global approach.
In an area that combines exciting topics from HR and Marketing, you will learn more about Hilti’s award-winning culture by gathering our HR initiatives around the world on topics like our development opportunities, benefits, our approach to Diversity& Inclusion or how we inspire our employees or celebrate success. For that, you will be in contact to HR departments around the globe.
You will create a global digital template to support the markets, bringing them added value and huge time-savings.

At our HQ, we have in average 60 students from 15 nationalities, building a fun and very active community

What you need is:

  • Bachelors or Master student with major or interest in Communications or Employer Branding, HR or Marketing
  • Excellent written communication skills in English, ideally native speaker
  • Self-sufficient working style and easiness to connect to people
  • Fun at reading and writing
  • Affinity to digital media

We take our time to get to know you. If you pass the pre-selection, you’ll get to talk to your internship coach as well as your HR Manager who both can answer some of your burning questions. We are looking forward to your application
