Intern - Global Process Management – Future ready Innovation Management
What's the role?
Join our interdisciplinary team in Global Process Management and contribute in forming the fundamentals for a future ready idea-to-launch system to successfully bring innovation to the market. Gain exposure and knowledge across all Hilti business units ranging from process industry to discrete manufacturing. Working closely with our managers and experts in various business functions, you will support us in the evolution of our key innovation framework – Time-To-Money (TTM). In your role within our corporate function you’ll be responsible to systematically elicit business unit- and product-specific innovation knowledge to boost our global innovation framework.
Start date is flexible to the student's availability, duration for 6 months

What does the role involve?
As an intern in our department you will be part of a cross-organizational strategic project. You will work closely with our managers and experts to create a solid foundation for all relevant information needed to drive operational excellence in our TTM innovation framework.
Based on your specified assignment your key responsibilities will be to create your own network in the organization, collect information across business units and identify related initiatives and existing best practices in the execution of TTM projects. Furthermore, you will sharpen your skills to create top management presentations within this strategic Hilti initiative.

What you need is:
- Strong communication skills, with excellent English and interpersonal skills
- Autonomous and pro-active working style
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- A thirst to learn and challenge yourself
- Background in Innovation Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related studies
- Relevant prior industry experience helpful
