What's the role?
The objective is to define a new modelling tool for our quarterly rolling forecasting process to secure the optimal tracking and analysis for our cross functional team.
Start date is flexible to the student's availability, duration for at least 6 months.

What does the role involve?
As intern in our department you’ll be part of the global BU Supply team, responsible for global purchasing, global forecast, end to end inventories across the whole supply chain and service levels to Market organization. You’ll work closely with our experts to develop and design a new Rolling forecasting tool process.
Your key responsibilities will be supporting the Global Materials Managers in defined daily business`s tasks and to design a new process in the BU on how to secure a sustainable and qualitative rolling forecasting process to our supplier and manufacturing plants. The desired outcome is a single source of information where Marketing, Suppliers, Plant Managers, Finance have a common business direction and Materials Manager can use to support our global material forecasting to secure service, optimal inventory at the best production output.

What you need is:
- MSc Student in Industrial Engineering, Business or similiar
- Excellent analytical skills and tools including Excel visual basic, power pivot (Power BI good but not a must!)
- Strong communication skills, with excellent English and interpersonal skills
- Passion for creative tasks and high motivation to implement out-of-the box idea
