Intern or thesis student - Strategy Global Manufacturing
What's the role?
Are you interested to learn about leading a global manufacturing organization? We have an open position for an intern or thesis student in the strategy department in Schaan (Liechtenstein). Help us to set the strategy for our plants in Liechtenstein, Germany, Mexico and China, implement it together with the plants and push overarching topics like innovation and industry 4.0. We offer you to write the master thesis in this topic or do an internship for 6 months or more. In doing so, you will make an important step forward to develop your personal career.

What does the role involve?
In our strategy department, you will work on the discovery, discussion and shaping of strategic topics for the global manufacturing organization and you will learn how to work with modern project management approaches (like scrum). Immerging in the implementation of strategic initiatives, you will contribute to improve our agile innovation process, our smart factories, our global production footprint and network, as well as our operational excellence initiative. With your communicational and organizational skills, you will help us to coordinate the global plants. Your strategic thinking and your ability to create new concepts and ideas will help us to develop our strategic initiatives further.
You will work closely with international leaders and experts on a daily base. Additionally, you get the opportunity to write your master thesis within the context of your work.

What you need is:
- You are studying engineering management, mechanical engineering, production engineering, technology and innovation management or similar
- You finished your 5th semester or more
- You are self-motivated, responsible and strive to achieve something great
- Your communicational skills are advanced and you are fluent in English
- You have experience in MS Office, in particular Excel and Powerpoint
