What's the role?

Do you want to play a role in supporting one of the key strategic initiatives of Hilti? During this internship you will partner with the Global Strategic Marketing department - responsible for transforming the digital landscape of Hilti. You will be driving one of the projects related to the execution of the Market Reach Performance Management Agenda 2021 to drive transparency and track progress of Hilti’s Champion 2020 Strategy. Additionally, you will play an active role in supporting the finance business partner of the Digital Marketing department.

Start date is flexible to the student's availability but preferably as soon as possible, duration for at least 3 months

What does the role involve?

As intern in Market Reach Performance Management you will be part of our mission to drive towards data-driven decisions. One of the main tasks of our team is to provide transparency on Hilti’s key initiatives closely collaborating with key internal stakeholders across locations (e.g. US & France). Your main responsibilities will be to independently drive a Performance Management project where you, through your analysis, provide tangible insights to senior level management. Additionally, you will be supporting in day-to-day finance operations in our decentralized organization including controlling, reporting & planning tasks. This combination perfectly allows you to put theory into practice as well as to show what you’re worth by independently driving a standalone project working closely with our experts.

Your key responsibilities will be to independently drive a performance management project, provide valuable business insights that will be shared with senior management and to support in ad hoc finance related topics (e.g. controlling, reporting, planning)

What you need is:

  • Minimum 5th semester Bachelor or Master student in business, finance or related fields
  • Advanced in MS Excel and PowerPoint and most important enjoy working with those tools
  • An affinity with Finance and/or Performance Management
  • Strong communication skills, with excellent English and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm to learn and drive to succeed
