Lean Manager / Expert
What's the role?
Contributing to the implementation of the strategy of plant 1 with focus on Operational Excellence. Driving projects to improve our value streams in our plant in terms of costs, throughput-time, availability and quality. Applying lean methods and cooperate with our global organizations (IT, Logistics, Central Planning, Purchasing) to drive optimizations from raw material supply to the end-customer. Developing Lean management in the plant with the team, implement and train of Lean methods and concepts.

What does the role involve?
In this role, you conceptually and operationally drive the Lean manufacturing journey, within you will shape the plant’s Lean mindset & develop lean initiatives/-projects. You will be part of the Lean manufacturing team reporting to the head of Lean in collaboration with the global Lean team. Drive & coach improvements initiatives, Kaizen workshop facilitation & value stream projects to drive business IMPACT and sustainability. Drive initiatives together with other Global Lean Managers, define best-practices and trigger implementation.

What you need is:
- University Degree (Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or comparable academic degree)
- Experience in process optimizations in an industrial environment
- Strong affinity to LEAN
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and German
- Project management skills
- Enthusiasm to learn and drive to succeed
