Project Manager for New Product Developments (m/f/x)
What's the role?
We are looking for a project manager who lead and manages projects in a matrix organization. You will be responsible for the development and market introduction of new products from definition phase to market success.

What does the role involve?
In this role you will have a global impact in driving new product development projects. You lead an interdisciplinary team, partner with various stakeholders across the globe and manage projects from the initial definition until the launching of the product to the relevant markets. You secure achievement of project targets in regard to product value proposition, quality, timeline, product costs and budget.

What you need is:
- You bring a Master degree in engineering or similar, MBA or experience in business environment is a plus
- You have at least 3 years of work experience, ideally with a proven track record in management of complex projects in a technical environment
- You bring the ability to connected thinking, good presentation and communication skills
- Hands-on personality, you enjoy to motivate others and drive a team
- You are fluent in English, other languages are beneficial
