Quality Manager in Manufacturing
What's the role?
You will be responsible for Quality in the highly dynamic environment of production of fasteners in Plant 1. From Quality Planning, non-conformance management to Supplier Quality you will ensure operational excellence and shape and improve the QMS of Plant 1.

What does the role involve?
Your tasks will comprise a wide range of quality techniques, from defining and implementing testing concepts and inspection plans in SAP, managing non-conform items both internally and with our suppliers, defining and implementing CAPA measures to qualifying production processes and Suppliers. You will also be responsible for supplier management by conducting regular audits. Furthermore, you will be involved to support of our global manufacturing network.

What you need is:
- A strong technological background (Mechanical Engineering or Material Science)
- Experience with interdisciplinary/international project teams and in driving cross-functional projects, combined with strong analytical skills
- Strong business literacy, preferably experience in related software tools (i.e. SAP)
- Experience with quality tools like FMEA, 8D, CIP, Audits, Six Sigma a clear benefit
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) any additional language a clear benefit
