What's the role?

In this exiting role, you will be responsible for Quality related topics in a highly dynamic environment of production of consumables in our Plant. You are in the driver seat for Quality planning and non-conformance management. Furthermore, you will ensure operational excellence and shape and improve the QMS of our Plant.

What does the role involve?

Your tasks will comprise a wide range of quality techniques, from defining and implementing testing concepts and inspection plans in SAP, managing non-conform items both internally and with our suppliers, defining and implementing CAPA measures in order to qualify production processes and suppliers. You will also be responsible for supplier management by conducting regular audits. Furthermore, you will be involved to support our global manufacturing network.

What you need is:

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Material Science
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience with interdisciplinary / international project teams and in driving cross-functional projects, combined with strong analytical skills
  • Strong business literacy, preferably experience in related software tools (i.e. SAP)
  • Experience with quality tools like FMEA, 8D, CIP, Audits, Six Sigma are a clear benefit
  • Very good communication skills in English & German and ability to interact/collaborate with international teams
