Software Product Manager – Total stations
What's the role?
In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping Hilti’s total station software solution through a thorough understanding of customer workflows in the field as well as the office. We have identified software as the key differentiator against competition and see this as the long term bet to win the total station business. You will work with a team of product owners and with markets to jointly create the best-in-class field layout solution and be part of an important journey for Hilti. Located at the headquarters in Liechtenstein in a diverse and international team set-up, you are going to have frequent interactions with lead customers, close collaboration with our regional market organisations and global business units.

What does the role involve?
As the Software solution product Manager you will 1) Shape and implement the long term strategy for total station software 2) Have an in-depth understanding of customer workflows for field layout 3) Define requirements and drive specification of software features working jointly with the product owners, markets and customers, 4) Ensure clear customer and market communication for any new features 5) Achieve business results to make software a sizeable business in BU Measuring.

What you need is:
- Experience in construction industry and/or surveying with total stations
- Prior work experience in software agile development methodology
- Technical degree (+3 years) with additional business education is a plus
- Fluent in English (verbal and written), additional languages are beneficial
- Team player with ability to interact and communicate across different hierarchy levels and cultures
