Strategic Project Manager Aftermarket Service Engineering
What's the role?
In this challenging position, you will be responsible to lead strategically relevant projects for Hilti Global Aftermarket Service (AMS) Engineering from the definition of the project until the full worldwide implementation. Together with the global service community and stakeholders from the Business Units you ensure that your projects are setting the basis for quality and performance indicators, and contribute to the productivity of our global business and customer satisfaction.

What does the role involve?
You will play key role in the definition of future quality and performance measures for our global After Market Service business.
You will be responsible to lead key strategic project highly relevant to achieve our business targets.
In strong collaboration with global team of Service Area Managers, and experts you will ensure the implementation of new standards and quality and performance targets for different service regions.
In the scope of our global strategy and together with a highly performing team you will shape the future of our global service organization by managing high impact (interdivisional) projects.

What you need is:
- University master’s degree or PhD in Engineering (or a similar educational background)
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a technical environment
- Understanding business strategies and having the ability to set clear priorities
- Strong conceptual competence, and analytical thinking
- Change management skills, and experience in working in a matrix organization
- Experience in successfully leading international projects
