Strategic Project Manager – Business Unit Tool Services
What's the role?
In this critical role, you will drive one of the most relevant projects for BU Tool Services. You will drive all steps from the project definition to the worldwide implementation. Together with the global After Market Service community and stakeholders from other Business Units you will ensure that your project is setting the basis for outstanding service quality and performance, thereby significantly contributing to Hilti`s productivity and customer satisfaction.

What does the role involve?
You will play key role in the definition of future service standards as well as quality and performance measures for our global After Market Service business.
You will be responsible to lead key strategic project highly relevant to achieve our business targets
In strong collaboration with global team of Service Area Managers, and experts you will ensure the implementation of new standards and quality and performance targets for different service regions.
In the scope of our global strategy and together with a highly performing team you will shape the future of our global service organization by managing high impact (interdivisional) projects.

What you need is:
- University degree (Bachelor’s or Diploma) in a technical or engineering discipline (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering)
- Higher university degree (Master’s degree, MBA, Ph.D.)
- Minimum of five years of relevant work experience ideally in an international environment
- Strong conceptual competence and analytical thinking
- Ability to craft a direction including the definition of clear priorities
- Change management skills, and experience in working in a matrix organization
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English
