Supply Chain Manager
What's the role?
Within the Corporate Fashion & Promotional Items team in Global Brand Management you are the Supply Chain Manager that is leading all supply chain related topics. You create our supplier’s and our processes to secure the supply of the Hilti Market Organizations with our Corporate Fashion, Promotional Items and Services. As we are a small team, we are looking for flexible persons that also have a passion to lead projects within our responsibility.

What does the role involve?
As you are the supply expert in our team, you’re the key driver to build and further develop a solid supply chain in our area, starting with building up a forecast process until preparing the necessary data to define the product baskets together with our global stakeholders and your team members. Your work starts with a detailed understanding of our current processes and the processes of our global suppliers for the tasks we outsourced to them. This will give you the necessary insights and a solid base to further develop the processes. Supported by the indirect procurement team, you make sure that our suppliers and sub-suppliers do perform as needed and that they fully comply with the Hilti Code of Conduct.

What you need is:
- University degree in the field of supply chain or business administration
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Exceptional MS excel and convincing MS power point skills
- Professional written and spoken communication and presentation skills in English; German is a plus
- Flexible mind-set with result orientation
