Talent Acquisition Manager
What's the role?
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to help our company find and retain excellent employees. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees. What does the role involve?
To excel as Talent Acquisition Manager, we expect you to be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in our company.
Together with the business, you determine current staffing needs and develop talent acquisition strategies according to each specific role. Additionally, you plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.) by taking steps to ensure a positive candidate experience. Working hand-in-hand with the hiring managers and thoroughly knowing their businesses will lead to successful hires.

What you need is:
- You hold at minimum a bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is an advantage
- You have minimum 3-5 years proven experience either as an in-house Talent Acquisition Manager or in an executive search agency
- You are experienced in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing
- You have a broad understanding of state-of-the-art selection methods and techniques
- You bring a willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
- You have ideally working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
- Your communication skills are excellent
- You have a positive mindset and you are fun to work with!
