What's the role?

In this role, you will support the Foundation team with proactive office management, finance planning, controlling and reporting activities as well as maintaining professional internal and external communication. You will be implementing internal efficiency projects and supporting sustainability project activities.

What does the role involve?

Supporting the Hilti Foundation team with proactive office management, coordination of meetings and events, travel management, preparing for various Trust Boards.
Performing the Finance planning, controlling & reporting processes of the Foundation’s multi-year project budget and the operating expenses, execution of payments.
Implementing internal efficiency projects as well as supporting in Sustainability activities in collaboration with the Hilti Group.
Maintaining professional internal and external communication anticipating the needs of team-members and partners to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

What you need is:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Highschool (Matura) or substantial professional experience in comparable roles (5- 10 years)
  • Experience in finance planning and controlling processes
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Excellent organizational skills and team orientation
  • Competence in MS-Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
