Team Leader Fulfillment Engineering
What's the role?
We are looking for a team leader in our Engineering structure who leads fulfillment topics such as investment or product optimizations. You will be responsible for a group of interdisciplinary engineers and leading strategical projects on your own as well.

What does the role involve?
You will work together with your team on product optimizations as well as on investment projects for future production technologies. You will drive cost saving and investment projects within a global network together with our sister plants in Mexico and China. You are responsible for the support and fulfillment of production relevant projects of the anchor production in our plant in Liechtenstein.

What you need is:
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Sciences
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager a/o experience as a group leader in a technical function
- Excellent skills in business acumen and project management (investment projects)
- Strong organizational skills in leading a team of interdisciplinary engineers
- Ability to inspire peers and employees in a global environment
- Fluent in English and German
