Teamlead Product Leadership
What's the role?
With your team 7 product managers you own the product portfolio of the Business Unit Installation. Your task is to ensure that our hardware offering continues to be the benchmark in the industry by driving the development of the portfolio. By working with our market regions, you drive sales on the existing portfolio and develop new products that our customers will love.

What does the role involve?
You are the business and strategic owner of the complete product portfolio - accordingly you build a deep understanding of: market potential, trends, customer needs, competitor offering, etc. Based on this you manage the product portfolio over its complete lifecycle to ensure that it fits with the strategy of the business unit. With your ability to analyze the market, trends and customer needs you lead the team in developing new products that the customers will love.
As leader of the product management team you develop your people, set clear strategic direction and ensure focus.
You develop a deep understanding of how the Hilti market reach model works. Based on this you work with the markets to bring our offering to the customer in a most effective way.

What you need is:
- You hold a Master in business and or engineering, ideally with a focus on marketing or strategic business: a MBA is an advantage
- You have minimum 8 years of sales/marketing experience and a proven track record in leading teams
- You like working cross-functional with your colleagues in engineering, design, marketing, sales, and others
- You have a passion for developing your people and the business
- Prior experience in a B2B and/or the construction industry is a plus
- You enjoy communicating in fluent English; German is a plus and any other languages are beneficial
