Technical Product Manager – Anchors Business Unit (M/F/X)
What's the role?
Our Technical Marketing team is responsible for our technical customers engagement (specifiers, engineering consultants and project managers) tailoring our marketing message to their needs and ensuring the day-to-day business operations supporting the market organizations.
You will work with a team of product managers and in close collaboration with the market organizations to jointly create the best-in-class marketing campaigns.

What does the role involve?
Support specific region(s) regarding technical marketing and engineering topics - ensure that local priorities and roadmaps are aligned with global, ad hoc support on technical queries, ensure understanding of the challenges and needs regarding construction processes, codes & approvals and design methods of the region.
Define develop and manage technical marketing initiatives according to customer requirements for Hilti anchor products
Member of the core team of product development projects, representing the technical customer needs working on managing special material (Articles, webinars, training, documentation) with a clear orientation towards engineering community (internal & external stakeholders)
Training concept, marketing strategy, INP review, Customer acceptance test.
Analyzing and evaluating technology, product, application and approval trends and simulation methods as well as driving initiatives (e.g. Dynamic applications, Tunnel, and bridge application)
Application/product subject matter expert: understand and monitor relevant guidelines & codes for the design of steel or concrete based products / parts in North America, Europe & Russia (e.g. Eurocode, ASCI, etc)
Management of complex projects (e.g. concrete fastening and concrete to concrete connections technology, etc.)

What you need is:
- Engineering degree (industrial, mechanical, civil engineering); PhD is a strong preference
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales/marketing roles with B2B company driving high impact and visibility projects. Experience in strategic, analytical or conceptual roles.
- Experience with or within Engineering Consultants and/or Contractors preferred.
- Ability to work well in an interdisciplinary, multi-cultural environment and matrix organization with multiple priorities
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on different levels
- Knowledge in Mechanical / Chemical Anchors is preferred with strong understanding in key technologies for concrete connections.
- Fluency in English (additional European languages is a plus)
