Technical Project Manager Fastener Technology
What's the role?
You will join the Fastener Technology team and be technically responsible for driving Hilti`s future fastener portfolio. This includes product development from the idea to the final market launch and the realization of new manufacturing technologies in our plants all over the world.

What does the role involve?
You will be responsible for the definition, development, evaluation and selection of technical solutions for fasteners used on concrete including the corresponding manufacturing methods. This comes along with managing internal and external stakeholders like Hilti plants, suppliers and engineering partners. Your technical project leader role also includes planning and tracking of quality, costs and schedule targets. You will be part of a cross-functional and global team, actively involved in shaping our innovation pipeline on product and manufacturing side. What you need is:
- Master/PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science or related field
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on mentality
- First experience in project management is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills, high commitment and self-responsibility
- Fluent in English and willingness to travel
