Join us in driving Hilti’s future business in digital Tool Services and IoT - As Test & Release Manager - Integrations based in our Headquarter in Schaan, Liechtenstein. You will be part of a committed and international team within an agile work environment. In this role, you are the driving force for professional test & release management of Hilti’s Tool Service software integrations from concept to execution.

What does the role involve?
As a Test & Release Manager you take the ownership of the end-to-end test & release strategy for Hilti’s Tool Service software integrations.
You set ambitious timelines for release delivery schedules, create buy-in from stakeholders and remove bottlenecks to shorten time to market. Within this role you ensure test, integration and release strategies & plans for Hilti’s tool service software integrations are defined, up to date and met. Steering of internal & external integration partners and ensuring ongoing operational alignment and collaborative testing belong to your daily operations. By continuously liaising with marketing and TTM project management on launch dates and roll-out plans you ensure customer focus. Next, you will perform configuration and version management to ensure compatibility and synchronization between different software versions and configurations.
Through your deep functional expertise in cloud software and 3rd party integrations you identify, report and mitigate risks to release quality, scope & timeline and continuously drive improvements to define and mature software test & release processes.

What you need is:
- Min. 5 years’ experience in test & release management for distributed systems composed by cloud services, web/mobile applications and integrations to external 3rd party systems
- Strong communication skills to broad audiences, bringing complex problems to a clear recommendation and pushing for closure
- Good technical understanding of Cloud and ERP software technology including state-of-the-art tools & methodologies
- Quality mindset compared with critical thinking and attention to detail allows you to identify problems and propose resolutions under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science and / or telecommunication or higher
- Good knowledge of modern requirement engineering and testing tools (eg. JIRA, Zephyr)
- Fluency in English and willingness for intercontinental travels
