User Group Ambassador - IT Demand Manager
What's the role?
We are looking for an IT Demand Manager in our global team at our strategic IT location in Buchs SG, Switzerland. In this role, you are managing the relationship with the users out in the market organizations with respect to their demands and requirements.

What does the role involve?
As IT Demand Manager you will be part of a global IT team. In your role you are responsible for the IT portfolio of a defined user group. In your daily line of work, you discuss directly with the members of the user group, with their management, respective business counterparts as well as Global IT colleagues. You collect, prioritize and communicate business demands of your user group and follow the implementation of the accepted projects from beginning to the end in a timely manner.
In addition to new requirements, you ensure the acceptance of the already delivered solutions by delivering feedback to the responsible teams in Global IT. You are counterpart for user group related questions within the Global IT.

What you need is:
- Master’s degree in business or technical area, for example Information Technology, Business Process Management or any other relevant education
- Business process and technical understanding as well as willingness to learn in detail about how we operate our business and IT
- Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams combined with excellent communication and presentation skills as well as passion for new technologies
- Fluent in English (verbally and written), additional languages are beneficial
- Flexibility to travel throughout the world (20%)
