Global Category Manager BU Anchors (m/f/x)

We are looking for a global category manager experienced in developing supply strategies for our Business Unit Anchor system’s product line. An ideal candidate will be responsible for three main areas of activity: 1. Ensure that responsible purchasing tasks are fulfilled to support business unit (BU) business. 2. Manages supplier performance and internal compliance to processes and policies. 3. Outline sourcing strategies and secure long-term competitive supply base in terms of targets, projects and tasks.

You will play an active role in strategic projects aiming to identify unexplored customer needs and business opportunities. Together with experienced business partners, you will work on market research projects along the different stages of product innovation and the customer journey. Furthermore, you will contribute to our global customer opinion program that tracks customer loyalty and differentiation and impacts strategic decisions. Start date: ideally February/Mach 2022, duration for at least 5-6 months

MBA Intern- Corporate Development (m/f/x)

At Corporate Development, you will lead a workstream of one of Hilti’s key strategic projects. In this role, you will be working alongside a former management consulting (MBB) project manager in strategy engagements. As such, you will also have substantial visibility to Hilti’s senior management team including executive board members and the opportunity to position yourself for a full-time career at Hilti. Start date: From January / February 2022 onwards. Duration is upon agreement from 3 to 6 months.

Intern- Improvement of Prefabrication Services (m/f/x)

Prefabrication services are booming in the construction industry. We are continuously improving the way how we serve our customer with pre-assembly, kitting or cut-to-length services. You will be exposed to state-of-the-art service execution and directly involved in developing the service in engineering, manufacturing or fulfillment. Start date is preferable December 2021 or January 2022, later engagements possible, for minimum 6-9 months.
